The application was built using Java, SQL, and various web development technologies such as JSP, JSTL, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and Bootstrap. The application follows the Model-View-Controller (MVC) design pattern, and uses Java Servlets and JDBC API to connect to a MySQL database. SQL commands are executed securely through the use of Prepared Statements.

  • Configured web servers hosting our suite of web services and facilitated SQL server setups for new licensees.

  • Delivered top-tier customer service, adeptly managing numerous daily tickets related to application or API errors via the Zoho app.

  • Aided in the native conversion of our web application to iOS and Android using Median's GoNatives services. Additionally, contributed to the integration of biometrics.
